Continuing to push the edges

Elizabeth Sheppell Fat Series #2 2011
 This is a quick shot from my studio of the second painting where I am creating new edges past the wood structure. It's amazing how heavy this piece is. It's was 8"x8" and now has a few inches added on each side. I am having fun exploring this direction.

    I love the uneven edges. It give your work a sense of being more of an object. LOVE!
