Atlanta artist Don Cooper creates mesmerizing works. He has won numerous awards including the MOCA GA Working Artist Grant and Artadia Award. The work pulls you in and you want to linger for a long time. I am amazed at the patience and thoughtfulness it must take to create these beauties. Don exhibited a beautiful show at Sandler Hudson Gallery last fall. Check out the link of his review from Burnaway. This article gives a great understanding of the Bindu series.

His work really does pull you in- almost in a literal way. Stare long enough, and there is a strong sense of movement, that inward pulling.
